ALD. JOE MOORE ABETS CRIMINALS

Most certainly many of you in the 49th Ward saw this ‘Ald. Joe Moore Brainwave TRASH Poster’ around the neighborhood in the past week or two.

Seems Joe has gotten a new printer, who uses more expensive glossy paper. All the better to survive the weather, so thought Joe the Dummocrat, but that was not the case. Being PAPER, made from WOOD PULP, they still curled up in the rain and lakeshore humidity! Simple physics, hah!

Now, how many of you recognize this corner? Just a few? That’s okay, I’ll tell you all it is the northeast corner of the intersection of Birchwood and Greenview Avenues, here in Rogers Park–just two short blocks north of Joe’s office!

Oooh, and look at the United States Postal Service holding box! Isn’t THAT special? It’s one of Joe’s very own ‘TRASH‘ notices!

Let’s take a closer look, okay?

Wow, today is the 30th of June, so that whole ‘TRASH‘ thing is soooo over, isn’t it? But, look closely, folks…the poster has been GLUED to the USPS mail holding receptacle! Nice goin’ there, Joe! I do believe that is private property and that you have CONDONED a CRIME!

Notice the top of the poster says, first off, “Rethink“. Yeah, Joe, like Fagin in the musical “Oliver“, you might want to start rehearsing the tune ‘Reviewing the Situation’, where Fagin sings, “I think I better think it out AGAIN!”

Next, see the word “Reduce“.

Courtesy: Lorraine Swanson, www.lakeeffectnews.com

That should definitely be on your agenda, Joe, after your appeared in Sunday’s Pride parade with ‘the Bellies’!

Next word: “Reuse“. Tell me, Joe, how this ’spray-mounted’ (GLUED) poster can possibly be ‘re-used’?

Fourth word: “Recycle“. Just explain to me, Joe, how you plan to recycle this glossy paper. It’s not of the ‘magazine-glossy’ variety, ergo it is more difficult and costly to recycle. Some kinda energy-saver, aren’t you? Soooo GREEN!

The last word, if you readers will refer back to the original poster at the top of this post, is: “Respect“. What can I say?

Ald. Joe Moore CONDONED CRIMINAL ACTION when he sent his people out to post these ‘TRASH‘ flyers. NOT the first time, and certainly not the last.

And don’t think for a moment folks, that he didn’t know they were using spray adhesive and masking tape.

TACKY, Joe, (no pun intended!–GG), very tacky indeed–AND AGAINST THE LAW! This is destruction of private property–you’re a ’supposed’ lawyer (who seems to have forgotten THE LAW and what it is about!).

Careful now…they’re coming to take you away…soon….

Don’t Let Joe Moore off the Hook for taking Money to Destroy this.

The Adelphi, built in 1917 for the Ascher Brothers circuit, was designed by local architect J.E.O. Pridmore. The theater stood on Clark Street at Estes Avenue in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood. In the 1930s, the Adelphi received an Art Deco remodeling. The theater was modernized during the 1940s and again in the 1950s. It began to show second-run features starting in the late 1960s, and closed briefly in the early 1980s, after several years screening Spanish movies. In the mid 1980s, the Adelphi reopened as the North Shore Theater, but was again known as the Adelphi when it began to show East Indian films and became the premiere venue for Bollywood features in the Chicagoland area. The Adelphi closed in January 2002. Sadly, the still-viable theater was demolished in January 2006. Read more here.

Alderman Joe Moore – Oblivious to Crime

This murder took place half a block from his headquarters.

Why won’t Joe Moore do anything about our gang problem in Rogers Park?

I would consider Public Safety the priority over Joe’s latest waste of money “Pigeons Evicted From Metra Underpasses”.

He keeps you informed, doesn’t he? Your Ald., Joe Moore, hard at work, 24/7?

I posted the ‘Beat the Heat’ warnings, because I KNEW he would not…because Joe Moore could care less about YOU, until it’s election time!

Shortly, after the 30th of June, his D-2’s become avavilable. We’ll see then what his activity has been for the past 6 months, IF he has been truthful.

THE GREEN-HAIRED BOY FROM THE 49TH

I introduced you to this joker almost a year ago.

It would be nice to know how you have supported him, within the last year or so.

Do you feel he has IMPROVED your portion of Rogers Park, the 49th Ward?

You see. I don’t think so, but you may have another perspective.

Let me know, soon.

UPDATE: BOB has a comment. I think BOB is either Joe himself, David Fagus, or the DRUGLORD, Wayne Frazier.

FOOD-BORNE DISEASE…AND I MEAN DIS-EASE!

Ukrainian Village restaurant found unsafe
June 26, 2009 1:14 PM

http://www.chicagobreakingnews.com/2009/06/ukranian-village-resuarant-found-unsafe.html

And, now what?

A restaurant in the Ukrainian Village neighborhood was shut down today after health inspectors discovered food at unsafe temperatures during a routine inspection.

Tecalitlan, 1814 W. Chicago was shut down after Chicago Department of Public Health found broken refrigerators far above the 40 degrees or colder required by law, according to a press release. CDPH inspectors ordered 400 pounds of beef, pork, chicken, eggs and other items to be thrown away. Tecalitlan will pay a fine of $2,250,said the press release.

“This situation is a food borne illness outbreak waiting to happen,” said CDHP Commissioner Terry Mason.

This is the 109 (sic) time this year the Health Department has shut down a food establishment.

*********
This is why I have a real suspicion about ‘eating out’.

First and foremost, these restaurant workers DO NOT wash their hands as much as I do when preparing food.

Secondly, they don’t wash their hands!

Period. And then they get annoyed with a patron and do evil things, like ’spitting in coffee’ and worse. For instance, though it is close by, I would never consider eating at ‘Heartland Cafe’, (Katy Hogan and Michael James), “friends of Joe Moore”, and cited for a number of serious health violations earlier this year) at Lunt and Glenwood Avenues.

Eating out is not really the pleasurable thing it could be, these days. I’d rather cook it at home!

REALITY!

Joe Moore Does Not Care

Relevant links: Thanks Joe For Caring

June 26, 2009 Posted by rogersparkpolitics | Alderman Joe Moore | | No Comments Yet

THANKS, JOE, FOR CARING!

The extreme heat and humidity we’ve been experiencing will continue for the next several days. UGH! Click on the pictures below to enlarge.

The Ald. must be unaware of the heat, as his cars are undoubtedly air-conditioned, as are his offices and, most assuredly, his pea soup green house.

He is also unaware, apparently, of those of you who might, just might need to know where a cooling center is located.

For all the e-mail POOFS, he’s been spewing lately, nothing has been published about COOLING CENTERS. He’s probably still patting himself on the back for spending $40,000 of his ‘alder-MANIC menu’ money to prevent a few pigeon droppings, eh?

Is he aware of YOUR needs? Does it look that way, or are you just ’stuck on stupid’ as he is?

This heat can be deadly for many residents of Rogers Park and the 49th Ward. Take the necessary precautions, such as staying indoors at midday, and drinking enough water. Do not attempt heavy work. Follow the suggestions in the above pictures, and take it E-A-S-Y!

And for goodness’ sakes, and the sakes of your families, VOTE NO MOORE!

By the way, to any and all residents of the 49th Ward, how’s that collapsing sewer doing out in front of your place?
