Priority Mail labels, a common item in the graffiti toolkit.

Priority mail labels, commonly used with the “stick it and run” technique of tagging, come from the post office.

I would guess that the Rogers Park post office (on the 7000 block of Clark St.) has a lot of security camera footage of gangbangers grabbing large stacks of these labels.
